So we talked on air about Cooler Corn! Have you heard of it? It's a simple way to prepare LOTS of corn at one time if you are having a large gathering or party. Simply take a giant Coleman cooler (of sorts) clean it out and make sure it's nice and spotless. Husk several ears of corn and place in cooler. Then pour a few gallons of boiling hot water into the cooler, close the lid, let sit for 30 minutes or so and Voila! Corn is cooked for multiple people. Listener Carl then called in with a GREAT hack for buttering that corn. Simply fill a mason jar with hot water, add sticks of butter (depending on amount of butter needed) and dip your corn into the solution. The HOT butter sits on top of the water and it submerses your corn perfectly in delicious creamy butter. Here's a video to show how it's done!
