James Earl Jones has stepped away from voicing pop culture icon Darth Vader in 'Star Wars" 'Deadline' says after 45 years of voicing Vader, Jones has signed over his rights to the part so moviemakers can use artificial intelligence to create the voice of "the dark father". If you are watching Disney's 'Obi-Wan Kenobi' then you are familiar with the AI version of his voice already. LucasFilm has said Jones is so vital to the role of Darth Vader that they plan to "inform the actor about their plans for Vader and heed his advice on how to stay on the right course" according to 'Vanity Fair'.
