It's Halloweeeen....but do you know which candy to hand out to make you the most popular on the block? Well, according to Candystore.com, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are at the top of the list. Skittles, M&Ms, Starburst, and Hot Tamales rank in the top five for Halloween candies and Sour Patch Kids, Hershey's Kisses, Snickers, Tootsie Pops, and Candy Corn fill out the top ten.
