Well, a survey of adult Americans found that out of every day of the week that is THE hardest day to get rest. 80% said they struggle to get any shut-eye on Sundays. It might have something to do with our stress or anxiety about returning to work or school the next day or the "Sunday scaries" as most people refer to them. You can help avoid feeling that stress by lowering the temperature in your bedroom, try apps or meditation or making sure you avoid using your computer or phone before bed.
