Elon Musk has suspended comedian Kathy Griffin from Twitter for changing her account name to "Elon Musk". He had announced an immediate ban on accounts pretending to be someone else without flagging them as parodies first saying that there would be “no warning” before suspensions. Those who do the impersonating will lose their verified blue check, too. Parody accounts need to sign up for the $8 monthly subscription service. Now multiple people have also changed their Twitter accounts to "Elon Musk", with no word on whether they were suspended as well.
