If you think it's cold in Chicago, you should visit Yakutsk in East Siberia!! That city (dubbed the 'world's coldest') just hit a two-decade low of negative 80.9 degrees Fahrenheit. They are apparently in the middle of a cold snap and trying to deal with the frigid temperatures. One resident said, "You can't fight it. You either adjust and dress accordingly or you suffer".
