Potato chips are America's favorite snack, so they get their own National Day! Have you ever made potato chips at home? When you do, they can be healthier by using minimal oil, less salt, and herbs and spices for seasoning. Here's one way to do it at home! Grab some potatoes, wash the skin, and pat dry.
