Regal Cinemas is releasing a new ICEE flavor reportedly inspired by Harry Potter's butterbeer beginning August 20th.The release of the butterscotch-flavored ICEE, topped with cold foam and a caramel drizzle, coincides with Regal's 'Back To Hogwarts' event that features all eight 'Harry Potter' films returning to theatres through September 3rd.
