The National Weather Service is looking to confirm reports of as many as seven tornadoes in Illinois overnight.

The first confirmation and ranking of a tornado came early Wednesday afternoon for a tornado that struck Oregon, Ill., which ranked an EF-1 with winds of 90 to 95 mph in Ogle County along the Rock River.
Soon after, the NWS confirmed the tornado that hit Naplate, Ill., near Ottawa, ranked an EF-3, with winds up to 155 mph.
Two people were killed in Illinois Tuesday.
