Northern Lights May be Visible in Chicagoland tonight!

posted by Mick Lee -

The aurora borealis might be visible in Chicago tonight Sept. 6th and tomorrow!

According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, they'll be particularly intense because of a strong geomagnetic storm.

You might want to head further north, as the city's light pollution and tall buildings could make it more difficult to see it!

Here are some beautiful Northern Lights photos to get you ready!

Amazed by this spectacular view as always #Northernlightstraveller #Naturephotography #Auroraborealis #Aurora #Northernlights #Igtravel #Travelgram #Nature #Beauty #Wheretogo #Onceinalifetime
