Wow, where do you stand on this story?
According to video footage posted online, a man can be seen sitting on a scooter with a dart gun which he used to kill a nearby dog.
When the dog’s owner hears his pet crying, he headed outside to find his dog paralyzed on the ground.
The dog owner immediately got in his car to chase down the killer on scooter. He caught up to him and plowed him through a brick wall!
The dog owner was arrested at the scene and charged with murder.
Although murder isn't the answer, this guy kind of had it coming, right?
