The owners of the Golden Pyramid House in Wadsworth, Illinois say said they plan to rebuild after a fire that caused extensive damage.
The ceilings had caved in on all the furniture. The artifacts that we have inside the house, the gold fixtures everything's covered with soot," Fierro said.
The 17,000-square-foot, 6 stories (55-foot) tall pyramid-shaped home was built from 1977 to 1982.
It serves as a museum, as well as a residence for the owners who built it and filled it with Egyptian artifacts.
This place is too cool not to be re-built. So sad! Hope that they can fix this iconic building!
