23 French Bulldog Puppies Rescued and Brought to Chicago

posted by Mick Lee -

23 French Bulldog puppies were found inside a hot truck in Texas this week. The animals were in plastic crates packed tightly inside a moving van that had reached 121 degrees.

They had no access to food and water and one of the puppies had been dead...four more died shortly after.

They have been rescued and brought to Chicago for treatment thanks to the Chicago French Bulldog Rescue.

Find out more about how you can donate for their care below!

♥️ Urgent! We are asking for each of you to step up & be a HERO once again & help us save more lives: Our nonprofit rescue has undertaken the most exhaustive and expensive rescue mission in our history: Some of you may have seen in the news the story about the 28 French Bulldog puppies that were found crammed in a sweltering truck in Texarkana Texas with no water in 121 degrees struggling to breath & survive. When they were discovered by authorities, one puppy was already dead. The remaining were taken into custody but unfortunately four more innocent puppies have since died. 💔 . • • Our rescue has stepped in to save the rest so that the remaining 23 puppies can have a chance at life & love. Working with the incredible Humane Society of the United States, the remaining 23 puppies have been released to our care this morning. The ‘Texarkana 23’ traveled from Texarkana Texas to Chicago today escorted by one of our veterinarians via a private plane that is climate controlled in order to ensure we did not loose another life. All 23 Texarkana pups made it safely to Chicago & immediately were taken into Veterinary care. The cost of the plane to get them safely to Chicago & now get each of the puppies the medical attention they need is the biggest expense our small rescue has ever risked & we are asking for your gracious help, love, prayers & donations so that these 23 puppies live, run, play, feel love & can be a part of a family. • 💪🏼Please DONATE VIA LINK IN BIO OR OUTSIDE THE U.S. PAYPAL TO mary@frenchieporvous.org & share this story everywhere you can & let’s give the TEXARKANA 23 a chance. 💪🏼#texarkana23 #beahero
