Home Owners Bargain Outlet, also known as HOBO, has announced it will close seven stores in Chicago and Milwaukee by December 20th this year.
The closures would unfortunately result in the loss of hundreds of jobs just before the holidays.
The Chicagoland locations in Forest Park, Oak Lawn, Crest Hill, Waukegan and Villa Park - and two in Wisconsin have already notified its employees.
