Former VP Joe Biden was in search of a new friend and found one at the Delaware Humane Association.
Earlier this year, a litter of German Shepherd puppies were surrendered to the Association after they ingested a toxic substance. Rescuers put out a call for families to foster the dogs.
The Biden family answered and took in a puppy named Major.
