Sisters were visiting Chicago's Ritz-Carlton and the hotel went above and beyond to express their condolences to one of the sisters who had recently lost her child to gun violence.
Sabrina Prtichett-Evans decided to book the hotel room to lift her sister Khari's spirits and before they arrived, she told the hotel staff about her sister's situation.
After checking in, they found a framed photo of her son in the room with a message of condolence and flowers.
She posted this on Facebook:
"The Ritz does it right! I called them to let them know that I was arriving with my sister who has recently lost her 22 year old son. I didn’t give them a name or anything. I just asked them to do something special. My sister walked into the room and this is what they did. They had to research this to come up with it. We both are in tears. They found his picture, framed it, and left flowers with a note. They found an amazing picture displaying Khari’s huge smile. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ It doesn’t get better than this. They have touched my sister’s heart in a special way. Thank you, Ritz Carlton Chicago!"
