Drivers blowing past a stopped school bus can be a very serious issue. Children can be hurt...or even killed.
Naperville tries to combat this issue in multiple ways. The bus driver is the first line of defense making note of the make, model and license plate (if possible).
While this isn't perfect, the hope is it will stop the dangerous issue from happening frequently.
