Many grocery delivery companies are struggling to keep up with the demand of grocery delivery or curb side pickup. Here are a few tips and tricks that I've learned over the past few weeks.
Amazon/Whole Foods does allow free delivery and curbside pickup at Whole Foods for Prime members, BUT if you find there are no delivery or pickup times...try keeping your groceries in your shopping cart and check back at :00 and :30 of the hour. Amazon seems to open up new drop off and pick up times once the clock hits the top and bottom of the hours.
Mariano's curb side is in very high demand, but here's what we've been doing. A week in advance, start an order by adding one item to your list and reserve a pickup and date/time just to hold the date. Then over the course of the days leading up to it, add items to your list. Then when your day comes, you can drive over and pick everything up right outside the front door. The key is to reserve a date well in advance!
