On Sunday at a kite festival in Taiwan, a 3-year-old girl got tangled up in a kite and lifted high into the sky after strong winds led to her neck being lassoed. Terrified onlookers looked on as she got spun around in circles.
Thankfully, the wind died down a bit and attendees were able to pull her--and the kite--to the ground. The New York Times reports that, after a quick stop at a hospital, the girl was safe at home, where she "promptly had a nap."
