The next round of $600 stimulus checks could be going out very soon.
Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin says direct deposits could start "by the beginning of next week" once the bill is signed into law.
The payments are half the size of the first round of payments from April, with $600 for each eligible American plus $600 for dependents under the age of 17.
The payments decrease for people who made more than $75,000 during 2019. They would phase out completely for people who made above $99,000 that year.
