David Letterman is set to appear on 'Late Night' for the show's 40th anniversary celebration.
Current host Seth Meyers announced in a video this week that the former host would be returning to the set February 1st to mark the show's fourth decade on air.
Letterman launched the show in 1982 before moving to CBS for the 'Late Show' in 1993. He hosted 33 years before retiring from the role in 2015.
Conan O'Brien and Jimmy Fallon have also been hosts over the show's 40-year run. Maybe they'll make surprise appearances too?
