Brady's foundation, TB12, released a list of habits that Brady and his team live by. Five of those habits include:
1.Drink half your weight in ounces of water every day to stay hydrated.
2.Make your diet 80% vegetables.
3.Eat essential fatty acids. Brady gets his by eating fish, nuts, and chia seeds.
4.Skip added sugars and refined carbs. Brady's philosophy is "If it's in a box or a bag, it belongs there—don't take it out."
5.Consume protein every day, like Greek yogurt, nuts, and almond butter.
