Thousands of Walmarts across the nation are holding a free Wellness Day this weekend.
Walmart will be offering free glucose, cholesterol, BMI and blood pressure screenings.
They're also offering affordable immunizations like tetanus, hepatitis, HPV. There's no cost for a COVID-19 vaccine.
Wellness Day will take place Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. local times.
