While many feel the holiday season is the most wonderful time, it’s also the most sleepiest time of the year for a third of Americans, in a new research poll.
- According to the poll people hosting friends and family for the holidays lose an average of two and a half hours of sleep a day while preparing to have guests.
- According to the poll 34% of respondents say the holidays are the most sleepless time of the year.
- According to the poll guests don’t always sleep well either, as 75% say they feel compelled to go to bed and wake up at the same time as their host.
