LawnStarter compared the 182 biggest U.S. cities in six categories including legal restrictions on short-term rentals, occupancy rates and entertainment options and came up with the best cities to own a vacation rental.
The results show smaller cities and college towns are the best locations AND Milwaukee was #3 on the list!
