Dine Brands Inc. plans to combine Applebee's Bar + Grill and IHOP into dual-branded restaurants this year.
These new locations will offer both menus and have distinct entrances. The concept is currently being piloted in León, Mexico, and other international cities. The first of these hybrid restaurants are anticipated to launch in early 2025, potentially starting in Texas. The aim of these dual-branded establishments is to improve efficiency for diners by enabling them to order from both menus, catering to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night meals.
I guess you can have every meal for the day in one building!
