What a horrific story from the Mall of America. A 5-year-old boy was thrown over the third-floor balcony by a stranger. The little boy survived but has a long road to recovery. Some of his family in the Valparaiso area were kind enough to let me know about a GoFundMe page to help with medical costs. Here is a link and an update.
