Tina Turner, who has been through a lot in her life, is sharing her tips for being truly happy. She's endured a very lonely childhood, unbelievable emotional and physical abuse at the hands of her ex-husband and even tried to take her own life with an overdose. And yet, she says there is hope.
She said happiness is a balance of doing good for others while taking care of yourself.
She says, if you want to be happier, increase your compassion.
Remember, happiness is an inside job. Becoming happy is up to you.
No one else can make you happy.
