"What I Eat In A Day" posts are probably ones to avoid, experts say

You've probably seen the "What I Eat In A Day" posts on Instagram or you might have shared one yourself, but dietitians are saying that they can actually be harmful to some.

Dietitians warn that what might be okay for one individual to eat on a daily basis may not be for another. It could be either too much food or not enough food.

They go on to say that some people might also be posting a skewed look at what they're eating which could lead the person looking at the photo to try that same thing and end up eating too much causing health issues or not enough leading to an eating disorder.

Many fitness and nutritional influencers have considered ending their "What I Eat In A Day" posts to avoid any issues.

Others state that they use it as a tool to show others what eating healthy daily looks like.
