Running the Chicago Marathon? Here are tips for running your best race


Ready to run the Chicago Marathon next week? I KNOW you will be amazing! I have run it twice and I was intrigued to find race day tips from blogger Kelly Roberts. Her tip on putting your watch into lap mode is spot on. Plus, I'll add that you need to make sure you plan out parking and transportation well ahead of race day, especially if you are taking the South Shore train or the EL. I promise you'll be glad if you leave earlier than you'd planned. Checking gear? You will definitely need lots of extra time to drop your stuff and then walk to your corral.
