I'm doing my best to carb up before my long runs on the weekends and I've discovered that making "ice cream" out of bananas is perfect for me. The problem is that I don't always have ripe bananas to freeze. Looks like I found the answer because apparently you can get those bad boys to ripen up in the oven in 15-30 minutes according to Spoon University. Another way to get them ripened is to use the air fryer (8-10 minutes at 300 degrees) or the microwave (30 seconds-2 minutes). I'm going to try all ways and I'll let you know!
