Here's a look at new plants for your raised bed garden this year

I've been dreaming of starting my 2022 garden since last fall and I'm ready to get started lol. I LOVE watching out for the new plant varieties and I'm pretty thrilled at what's new! The PennState Extension office says to be on the lookout for

Eggplant Icicle- It's a white eggplant with larger fruits and fewer spines than most other white eggplant. white eggplant with larger fruits and fewer spines than most white eggplant. 

Lettuce Bauer-You can harvest at baby leaf stage.

Tomato Sunset-vigorous grower and early to ripen

Mermaid's Tail cabbage-Heads are a kaleidoscope of color and mature size is a circumference of 18 to 24 inches
