This could save you $100
You may see white noise machines on sale which can range from $20 to over $100. Some people say they really work, and it helps them sleep. But did you know, if you have an iPhone, you probably already have one? iPhones running on iOS 15 or later all have a white noise feature built-in, so long as it’s an iPhone 6 or later and the software is up to date. The setting is not labeled as “white noise,” but is instead called “background sounds” on your iPhone. You can find it on Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Background Sounds.
