2- Yes, being consistent is key, but so is living life. Sometimes you just need to say yes to a margarita and be in the moment.
3- Be so very careful about negative body talk around kids, because they will remember for a long, long time.
4- Forget about the newest juice cleanse or detox, it's all about healthy balance.
5- The best diet is the one that you can actually stay with and enjoy life with.
